Where are you located?

Our roastery is currently operated out of our home in Mentor, Ohio. We hope to organically grow our company into a physical storefront someday.

Where can I purchase your coffee?

You are in the right spot! Scroll up to click on the “Shop Coffee” tab. We also plan to participate in farmers markets and will announce those dates on our social media as they come up. We accept all major credit cards on our website.

When do you roast and when will I receive my order?

We roast to order for guaranteed freshness. We operate on “order cycles” that run Monday through Sunday. Orders that are received by 11:59pm Sunday will be roasted the following week and will be either shipped, delivered, or ready for pickup by the weekend. If you forget to place your order by the cutoff time, we will put forth every effort to fulfill your order for that weekly order cycle run, otherwise it will be processed for the next order cycle run.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We are proud to offer FREE local delivery to the following locations: Concord, Eastlake, Euclid, Fairport Harbor, Kirtland/Kirtland Hills, Mentor, Mentor on the Lake, Painesville, Wickliffe, Willowick, Willoughby, and Willoughby Hills. We hand deliver our coffee so please be sure the delivery address is accurate at checkout and note any special instructions (if needed) such as where you want us to leave your order. If your delivery address is different from your billing address please specify this in the additional information box at checkout.

Do you ship?

Yes! We currently ship anywhere in Ohio. Live outside Ohio and want to order some coffee? Please send us an email or message us on our social media.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders $40+ qualify for free shipping-code entry is required at checkout using code “free40”. Orders under $40 will be charged at a flat rate of $7.50 (subject to change based on rate changes with USPS) that will be added at checkout.

When will you add more coffee?

We are constantly on the lookout for new and exciting coffees to add to our offerings. Since coffee is a crop and each country of origin has their own harvest periods, you will see some rotating coffees based on availability. We will advertise on our social media pages when we plan to release a new offering. Hoping to see something in particular on our menu? Shoot us an email and we will see what we can do!

Do you offer discounts?

We will periodically run promotions and/or discounts which will be announced when they are active. For bulk orders/wholesale check out our “Wholesale” page.

Where’s the Merch?

We are slowly growing our company and have plenty of merchandise ideas on our radar. Check back soon and be sure to follow us on our social media pages for updates.

I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

Coffee is a food item and can not be returned once sold. If we have made a mistake with your order please contact us and we will correct it. If you are not fully satisfied with your coffee please contact us and we will work with you to come up with a solution.
